What happens next

    A member of the team reviews your application against the track and team you’ve chosen.

  2. Conversation

    If there’s a potential fit, we’ll invite you to a first call.

  3. Decision

    After a practical exercise and time with the team, we aim to give you a clear answer.

Tips for a strong application

  • Link to an up-to-date CV that opens without a login.
  • Tell us which pillar or team interests you, and why.
  • Be specific about what you’ve built, analyzed or owned. Numbers help.
  • Keep it concise: 250 words is plenty for “Why Caldrion?”
  • Applying for an MBA program? Say whether you want the summer or the full-time Associate program.
