Investment Proposals & Deal Flow

We value the vital role of intermediaries, business brokers, and investment bankers in the deal ecosystem.

  • For Corporate Acquisitions (Private Equity): Please direct Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Teasers to the New York office. We request that initial submissions include a summary of EBITDA history and transaction rationale.

  • For Real Estate & Credit: All property-specific opportunities should be directed to the office geographically closest to the asset location to facilitate rapid site visits and local market diligence.

Strategic Partnerships & Co-Investment

Family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional allocators interested in co-investment opportunities or syndication partnerships should direct their correspondence to our External Affairs team. We regularly convene with our peers to share proprietary deal flow and discuss macro-level asset allocation strategies.

Media & Press

As a private organization, Caldrion maintains a policy of strict discretion. We generally do not provide comments on market speculation or private transaction details. However, for authorized press releases or official statements regarding our philanthropic initiatives and public portfolio activities, please contact our media relations department via the New York office.

Our Commitment to Response

We understand that in the capital markets, time is a commodity as valuable as cash. We strive to review all qualified investment opportunities within 72 hours of receipt.

Please note that due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we may not be able to provide detailed feedback on every submission that falls outside our mandated investment criteria. If you do not hear from us within one week of submission, please assume that we have declined the opportunity at this time, though we will retain your information for future consideration should our strategic focus shift.
