As a principal investor, we routinely receive sensitive business information. While this is primarily commercial data, it may contain Personal Information regarding founders, executives, and key employees. This includes:

- Resumes, CVs, and biography data found in pitch decks.

- Ownership capitalization tables ("Cap Tables").

- Financial history and compensation data of management teams.

 

C. Technical Usage Data
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

- Traffic Data: Logs, location data, and other communication data.

Deal Flow Data: Information related to investment opportunities that we decline is typically archived or deleted in accordance with our internal document retention policies, though we may retain high-level records to track deal flow history.

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately so that we may remove it.
