We are operators first, capital allocators second. Our team has shipped products, managed P&Ls, negotiated with overseas manufacturers, and scaled DTC brands from zero to eight figures. We focus on businesses with defensible technology, repeat purchase behavior, and clear unit economics—companies that generate cash and grow sustainably.

  • Our Edge: We own the entire value chain—from firmware and mobile apps to customer support and warranty fulfillment. This allows us to iterate quickly and build long-term customer relationships anchored in hardware with recurring software revenue.

2. Health & Wellness Technology

    • Oura – The pioneering smart ring that tracks sleep, readiness, and activity with medical-grade sensors in a sleek, non-intrusive form factor, trusted by elite athletes, biohackers, and health-conscious consumers worldwide.

  • Our Edge: We combine consumer-grade design with clinical-grade data science. Our teams include biomedical engineers, data scientists, and UX designers working in tight loops with manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia.

 

3. Personal Audio & Wearable

  • We own brands at the intersection of audio engineering, fashion, and daily utility—products people wear and use for hours every day.
    Portfolio Companies:

    • Skullcandy – Performance and lifestyle audio brand offering headphones, earbuds, and speakers built for action sports, music enthusiasts, and Gen Z consumers, with retail distribution across 80+ countries.

    • Soundcore by Anker – Premium audio sub-brand delivering wireless earbuds, over-ear headphones, and portable speakers backed by advanced acoustic engineering and aggressive DTC pricing.

  • Our Edge: We manage every touchpoint—industrial design, acoustic tuning, influencer partnerships, retail buyer relationships, and Amazon SEO. We understand that audio is both technical and emotional, and we optimize for both.

Why We Operate in Consumer Technology

Consumer technology is capital-intensive, operationally complex, and fiercely competitive—which is exactly why we thrive here.

  • Hands-On Management: We are not passive owners. Our operating partners sit in daily standups, review CAD files, negotiate MOQs with factories, and analyze cohort retention in subscription dashboards.

  • Vertical Integration: We control product development, brand marketing, ecommerce infrastructure, customer service, and warehouse fulfillment. This gives us speed, margin control, and direct customer feedback loops.

  • Omnichannel Distribution: We sell DTC (via Shopify and Amazon), through big-box retail (Best Buy, Target, Walmart), and via international distributors. We know how to manage channel conflict and optimize for profitability across each.

  • Repeat Revenue Models: Many of our brands generate 30-50% of their revenue from repeat customers or subscriptions (consumables, software features, warranty plans)—turning one-time buyers into lifetime value.

  • Geography: North America, Europe, or brands with global distribution

  • Categories: Smart Home, Wearables, Health Tech, Audio, Kitchen Appliances, Pet Tech, Personal Care Devices

  • Business Model: DTC + Retail, Hardware + Software/Subscription, Proprietary or Licensed IP

  • Stage: Established brands with product-market fit; we can also incubate early concepts in partnership with technical founders
